EFCC Arraigns Abdulrasheed Maina And Son Over ₦100b Fraud

Abdulrasheed Maina, former chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT) and his son, Faisal has arrived at the federal high court in Abuja to be arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Maina is accused of being involved in pension fraud to the tune of ₦100 billion.

Recall that the forfeiture of 23 properties linked to him by a high court has been ordered.

However, Maina pleaded “not guilty” on a 12-count charge of money laundering brought against him by the EFCC.
