Prophet Omale Takes Legal Action Against FCMB , Demand ₦5 Billion Over ‘False Claims’ On Magu

The General Overseer of Divine Hand of God Prophetic Ministry, Prophet Emmanuel Omale has finally taken a legal action  the First City Monument Bank (FCMB).

Naija News Understands  that the Pastor who is a spiritual father to the embattled and suspended Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, also asked the bank to pay him  ₦5 billion over alleged false allegation  that the EFCC Boss  paid ₦570 million into his bank account.

recalls that a report of the Presidential Committee on Audit of Recovered Assets (PCARA) had indicated that Pastor Omala bought a landed property valued at ₦573 million in Dubai with laundered funds on behalf of Ibrahim Magu.

But Pastor Omale had denied the allegations in a letter by his lawyer, Gordy Uche, where he described the report as malicious, derogatory and libelous.
