PCN Reacts As President Tinubu Swears-in John Enoh As Sports Minister

The Paralympic Committee of Nigeria (PCN) has reacted to the appointment and swearing-in of Senator John Owan Enoh as Minister of Sports Development.
Naija News reports that Enoh was on Monday sworn in alongside other Ministers by the Nigerian leader following their confirmation by the Senate.
In a statement signed and released by its Public Relations Officer, Niyi Alebiosu, on behalf of the President of the Committee, Sunday Odebode and his board, the PCN believed that despite his inexperience with sports, Enoh would turn around the situation in the Sports sector.
It added that having Senator Enoh, a seasoned legislator of the Lower and Upper Chambers of the Federal Republic, as the new Minister of Sports Development comes with a lot of experience and exposure to take Nigeria’s Sports to its desired height.
“Senator John Enoh who is taking over from Chief Sunday Dare as Minister of Sports Development is an astute politician and an entrepreneurial per excellence. He will impart a great way on Sports development in Nigeria. On behalf of myself and the board, we welcome the Honourable Sports Minister to the office and promise to work with him peacefully to promote and win more laurels for our great nation.
“The sports sector is a critical component of human and capital development. With the pedigree of the newly sworn-in minister, better days are ahead for the Country,” the statement said.
