Southampton have confirmed that Nigeria international Paul Onuachu has sealed a permanent move to Turkish Süper Lig club Trabzonspor.
The Saints made the announcement on Friday via their official website, stating that both clubs had reached an agreement for the 31-year-old’s transfer.
Onuachu spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Trabzonspor, where he impressed with 15 goals in 21 league appearances.
The towering forward, who managed just four goals in 40 matches during his time with Southampton, now returns to Turkey to link up with fellow Nigerian Anthony Nwakaeme.
