Napoli Sign Noa Lang From PSV, Renato Marin Joins PSG

Napoli have added another spark to their title-defending ambitions with the signing of Dutch forward, Noa Lang, from PSV Eindhoven, in a deal reportedly worth €25 million.

“SSC Napoli announces that it has definitively acquired the registration of the player Noa Noell Lang from PSV Eindhoven,” the reigning Serie A champions posted on their official website earlier today, July 17.

The 26-year-old winger, known for his flair and aggressive style, becomes the second major departure from PSV in just a week, following Malik Tillman’s switch to Bayer Leverkusen.

Noa Lang began his career at Ajax before blossoming at Club Brugge, where he won two Belgian league titles and became a fan favourite for his creative play and personality.

His 2023 move to PSV further elevated his profile. Across 63 appearances in all competitions, he netted 19 goals and provided 14 assists, helping the Eindhoven side to back-to-back Eredivisie titles.

Internationally, Noa Lang has represented the Netherlands 14 times, scoring three goals and assisting twice. His arrival follows Napoli’s headline-making acquisition of Kevin De Bruyne from Manchester City.

The club is not done yet. Talks are in advanced stages with Udinese for Italy international Lorenzo Lucca, who could cost around €35 million. Bologna’s Dutch centre-back Sam Beukema is also on their radar with a reported €30 million price tag.

To balance the books, Napoli are prepared to sanction the sale of Victor Osimhen to Galatasaray for a record €75 million.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the signing of 19-year-old Brazilian-born goalkeeper Renato Marin.

The highly-rated shot-stopper, who came through AS Roma’s youth system and starred in Italy’s U19 squad, has penned a long-term deal through 2030.

After five formative years in Italy, Marin now begins a new chapter in the French capital, joining the ranks of one of Europe’s most ambitious clubs.
