BIOGRAPHY
Anahí is a Mexican actress and singer, born in 1983. She attracted attention from the age of six, after acting alongside Pedro Fernández in the film Once upon a time there was a star (1989), for which she won an Ariel award and a Palme d’Or for best child performance. On television she participated in different programs such as Chiquilladas and Mujer,casos de la vida real . She also worked in several Mexican soap operas such as Vivo por ella , El Diario de Daniela , among others. Her first leading role was in 2000 in the soap opera Primer amor: A mil per hora , alongside Kuno Becker, and in 2004 she was part of the cast of Clase 406 . Her stardom came when she played Mía Colucci in the successful telenovela Rebelde , by producer Pedro Damián, and she became part of the musical group RBD, with which she had international tours and sold millions of records. As a singer she has also had an important career: Anahí has ​​released six albums as a soloist. Since 2015 she has been married to the governor of the state of Chiapas, Manuel Velasco Coello, with whom she already has a son.
