Born on January 6, 1984, Eric Trump reached the heights of success as a businessman, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great-grandmother. But beyond that, he is also a philanthropist and former television personality. Despite popular opinion, Eric did not have a dreamy childhood, his parents Donald Trump and Ivana Trump divorced when he was only eight years old. He ended up spending a lot of time with his maternal grandparents who did their best to educate him well and teach him how to hunt and fish.

Eric Trump attended The Hill School and proceeded to Georgetown University in Washington to study finance and management. He graduated with honors and eventually entered the family business full-time after being involved from an early age when he accompanied his father Donald to construction sites where he witnessed how negotiations are carried out. He also worked mowing lawns and doing any useful work that was thrust upon him at such a young age that his father was a firm believer in hard work.

Career

After his father Donald Trump was elected as President of the United States, Eric and his brother, Donald Trump Jr, were tasked with defending the fort from the empire until the end of their father’s term as president. He currently works as one of the administrators of the Trump Organization. For his charitable and philanthropic works, he established the Eric Trump Foundation in 2007 with the primary purpose of raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tennessee.

The foundation has done well in raising and donating such funds that by 2016, it was reported that they had donated over $16.3 million to the hospital. Problems arose when Forbes alleged that the foundation misappropriated cancer patient funds intended for the Trump family business. Eric Trump quickly denied the charges, saying he was prepared to cooperate with the law if a formal review of the case was pending. In 2017, the New York State Attorney General’s office announced that an investigation had been opened into the case, which is ongoing to this day.

Eric Trump has found love in the arms of his longtime friend, American TV host, producer and campaign adviser, Lara Lea Yunaska. She was born on October 12, 1982 and studied at North Carolina State University, after which she took it a step further by going to the French Culinary Institute in New York to brush her teeth better. Her career profile saw her work for the TV news magazine Inside Edition as a reporting coordinator and producer from 2012 to 2016. Lara Lea was instrumental in Donald Trump’s presidential campaign as a producer and online fundraiser.

The pair officially got engaged in 2013 and followed it up with a club wedding in Palm Beach, Florida. The union is blessed with a son they welcomed in 2017.

Ivana Trump is the mother of Eric Trump and the first wife of billionaire businessman Donald Trump. Born on February 20, 1949, she is a former Czech model turned businesswoman. Ivana met Donald as a young model who wanted to rise through the ranks as quickly as possible in 1976. The two hit it off and soon began dating. In 1977, just a year after they met, they took it to the next level and married in a high-class society wedding, described as one of the most lavish of the era.

The union was blessed with three children; DonaldTrump Jr. being the first, followed by the beautiful Ivanka Trump with Eric being the couple’s third child and second son. However, her parents’ marriage was not to last as it soon crumbled under the weight of an affair her father had with actress Marla Maples in 1992.

Eric Trump may not be the tallest person in the bedroom, but he certainly comes close. You have to admit, the Trump family is certainly not lacking in height. He stands tall at 1.96m. His weight is still not public information.
