How to Use GTBank Internet (Online) Banking, Login, Customer Support
Guarantee Trust Bank (GTBank) is a Nigerian multinational bank ranked among the top 10 Nigerian banks. Like most banks, the financial institution offers something called GTBank internet banking services. It is a bank that many people rely on for international transactions, collections and foreign check cashing.

GTBank Internet Banking or GTBank Online Bankingis a service that makes it easy and convenient for its customers to pay and shop online from the comfort of their home, work or abroad. Customers can take virtually any action that would result in entering a bank branch from their comfort zone.
The online banking option allows customers to check real-time account balances, transfer funds and make third-party payments locally and internationally. (Note that international transactions may require a customer to have a domiciliary account.) You can also convert your foreign currency to local currency and print your statement through GTBank’s internet banking platform. In addition to the above GTBank internet banking benefits, customers can pay their utility bills, request, validate and cancel checks, and book airline tickets with the following airlines. British Airways, Lufthansa, Aviareps-Afriqiyah Airways, Delta Air Lines and Alitalia Airline through the platform.

How to Apply for GTBank Internet Banking and Login
If you wish to apply for GTBank Online Banking Service, there are several options available to you
1. If you have Internet access, you can download the GTBank Internet Banking and Token Request Form here, which you need to fill out carefully and bring to any GTBank branch near you. If you don’t have internet access, simply go to any of the branches to request and fill out the internet banking form. A token is a small electronic device that you can use to secure your online banking.
2. The form can also be scanned and emailed to [email protected] if you are unable to enter the bank.
3. Contact GTConnect (GTB Contact Center) to get your credentials (username and password) or wait at the bank to set them up and provide your credentials.
To maximize the benefits of internet banking, you should apply for a token at the same time.
4. After receiving your login credentials, visit https://ibank.gtbank.com/ibank3/login.aspx and enter your username and password (issued by Guarantee Trust Bank). You should be able to see a web page like the image below.
5. This should be able to add you into your account to perform any action you want.
Note that your password should be protected in the same way as your ATM PIN.
Bonus: How to operate your GTBank account from your mobile phone
After successfully logging into your account, it would be advisable to get the activation code for your card. This offers more security, especially if you want to make online purchases with your bank card.
Also in the left sidebar you should be able to see where to select services. Open the page, go through the services listed and add others that you think are relevant to you, as not all services are selected by default. At this stage you need to use your token. After that, your internet banking account is 100% ready for any type of transaction.
